- Must already possess a General Insurance Agent's License
- Fluently bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions with both customers and co-workers
- You pride yourself on delivering the highest level of customer service
- You perform well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- You have good analytical and negotiating skills
- Not only are you comfortable with change, but you also welcome it
- You are proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Candidates can be selected for a junior or senior role depending on experience
