    What do you bring to the role?

    • Completed a university degree OR 2–3-year public college diploma OR CIP designation
    • Proven success in a professional sales and customer service role
    • Must already possess a General Insurance Agent's License
    • Fluently bilingual in English and French is an asset
    • Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions with both customers and co-workers
    • You pride yourself on delivering the highest level of customer service
    • You perform well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
    • You have good analytical and negotiating skills
    • Not only are you comfortable with change, but you also welcome it
    • You are proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
    • Candidates can be selected for a junior or senior role depending on experience
