Under the supervision of our General Manager, the Sales Representative sells and promotes Boiseries Raymond products and services within a defined territory.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ?_
- Represent Boiseries Raymond products and services within an established territory.
- Ensure sales growth and achieve sales objectives. Maximize sales potential with current and targetedcustomers.
- Identify potential customers who may represent business opportunities for Boiseries Raymond.
- Solicit, prospect, and follow up with potential customers.
- Meet with customers, assess their needs, propose appropriate products and services, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain harmonious and professional business relationships with customers.
- Provide technical advice to customers.
- Effectively manage customer files and provide aftersales service.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Take measurements on construction sites or home renovations.
- Transmit to office, information related to quotations and customer orders.
- Produce certain sketches of custom products, for the manufacture.
- Write and analyse various reports.
- Find out about the company's new products and promote them to customers.
- Monitor competitors' activities and launches of new products and services. Inform the Sales Manager and propose strategies to help Boiseries Raymond distinguishes from their competitors.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
- Transmit various indicators and data to management, such as sales forecasts, followup on solicited customers, followup on new accounts, etc.

Education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in interior finishing products.
- Experience in the construction industryan asset.
Certification
- Valid driver's license
Knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written French and English.
- Good command of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office automation tools.
- Knowledge of interior finishing products.
- Proven ability to read plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of the construction industry (new construction or renovations).
- Knowledge of imperial and metric measurements.
