As a member of the TELUS Health Employer Sales Enablement team, you will collaborate with key business partners to transform our global health and wellbeing sales strategy.

As an analyst supporting a global sales team, your role would involve conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy to enhance sales growth.

What you will do- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks

  • Data Analysis:
Analyze market data, including sales figures, market share, and customer feedback, to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations

  • Market Segmentation:

Identify and segment target markets based on demographics, psychographics, and buying behavior to develop targeted marketing strategies.- Territory Management, supporting account exchanges between segments, regions, account creation and the impact it carries on targets.

- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement

  • Forecasting and Planning:
Develop sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and regional insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation

  • Reporting and Presentations:
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate market insights and performance metrics at the VP+ level and at the director, manager and account executive level

  • Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, operations and finance, to align strategies and ensure effective execution

  • Execution:
Ensure the Premier Sales Organization (PSO) framework is executed as designed to meet TELUS Health's business objectives.

What you bring- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations

  • Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Problemsolving:
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address market challenges and opportunities

  • Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of market analysis and reports, as well as Well-balanced time management skills- Technology Skills: Proficiency in using market research tools, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Project Management:
Strong project management skills to help deliver results in a complex and ambiguous environment- Grit: Confidence to adapt to and manage changing (and occasionally conflicting) priorities and naturally curious and determined to work around obstacles


Required Knowledge- Advanced MS Excel expertise (working with large datasets, advanced formulas, vlookup's, pivot tables etc.)- Advanced knowledge in Salesforce CRM with the ability to create reports, dashboards and make recommendations for process improvements.- Use of graphical data interfaces (e.g.

Tableau, Einstein), and/or programming (SQL, Python, SAS) is an asset.- Understanding of B2B sales models, measures and metrics, Sales Industry experience.- Ability to produce database-driven reports as requested by stakeholders.


Required Experience- Post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science, and/or Engineering years of experience in business analytics and intelligence.- Bilingual French & English a strong asset.
