    • Assist in contract negotiations with financial insights
    • Contribute to strategic planning with financial evaluations
    • Oversee monthly financial closure in line with GAAP
    • Prepare financial statements and reconciliations
    • Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Support tax filing and regulatory compliance
    • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
    • Assist with ad hoc projects Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent; CPA accreditation
    • preferred
    • 3-5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/M+A
    • Sound comprehension of legal and regulatory frameworks pertaining to corporate governance,
    • acquisitions, and employment regulations
    • Proficiency in financial scrutiny, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies
    • Proficient in Excel with a robust analytical and financial background
