As a Learning Resource Consultant - Driver Education and Automotive Services, you'll play a key role in researching, designing, developing and implementing internal and external learning programs for Driver Education and Automotive Services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to Manager, Learning and Communication, Driver Education and Automotive Services.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessment, curriculum research, program design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs for AMA Driver Education and Roadside Assistance.
- Consult on and collaborate with business partners to design, develop and deliver learning programs.
- Ensure that the learning programs support and drive our business and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain eLearning programs through various learning platforms.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- You have a postsecondary degree or diploma in Business and/or Adult Education. If your education is in a different area, we're open to hearing more
- You're no newbie — You have at least five (5) years of experience working in a business education or learning environment.
- You have at least three years of experience in the areas of curriculum design, development and facilitation.
- You're an allround superstar with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You're proficient with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office.
- You have a working knowledge of instructional design, virtual learning and course project management.
