Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand upcoming changes within our organization's technology landscape.

Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies that promote smooth transitions during periods of technological change.


Support the creation of communication materials that effectively convey the purpose, benefits, and impact of technology changes to various stakeholders.

Participate in the planning and execution of training programs to ensure teams are equipped to adopt new technologies effectively.

Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement in change management processes.

Monitor the implementation of changes, track adoption rates, and report on the overall success of change initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends in change management, technology, and communication strategies.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or greater with concentration in Change Management, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging messages.

Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and building positive working relationships.

Passion for technology and its role in driving innovation and transformation.

Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience or coursework related to change management within technology organizations is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
