General Description:
Westhill Innovation is seeking an administrative office assistant who is organized and who can assist the various managers with tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing onboarding of new employees
- Accounting support functions, manager's expenses and general accounting paperwork for a small office people)
- Monthly inventory reconciliation as required
- Ordering office supplies, retrieving mail at post office.
- Keeping employee areas (kitchen and printer areas clean and organized)
- Office administration and office tasks
- Supporting the CEO and executive team in creating expense reports and overall administrative tasks.
- May be asked from timeto, time to assist in the creating of documents and standards as the business grows.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Organizational and planning
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Good numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage 50 is an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Confidentiality is mandatory
Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 in an administrative or office position
- Computer proficiency (we are an MS Office environment)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Minimum college level preferred
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From $15.77 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 3 years (preferred)
- receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
