We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our stone and tile company. You will be responsible for efficiently handling, storing, and distributing stone and tile products. Your main tasks include inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of stone and tile products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in restocking.
- Safely store products and keep the warehouse organized.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with proper documentation.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, checking for accuracy and damages.
- Cut and place product materials to create displays that accurately represent product variation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, ensuring safety guidelines.
- Operate forklift according to safe operating procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks on products.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain records.
- Follow safety protocols and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina for manual tasks and lifting heavy items.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
