We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at our upcoming sister restaurant.

As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of cocktails and drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Additionally, you will be responsible for helping to create and developing our drink menu with our team.


Responsibilities:

• Creating and serving a variety of cocktails and drinks, including those with an Indian twist
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Working with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of drink orders
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender
• Experience with developing drink menus is a plus
• A deep understanding of cocktail and drink preparation, including the ability to create unique and innovative drinks is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• An enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail and sense of professionalism in hospitality
• A team player who can multitask and thrives when busy and challenged
• Agile, efficient, and organized whilst upholding the highest of cleanliness standards
