We are seeking an
Business Development Representative
(Lead Generator) who will be responsible for prospecting identified key-decision makers, clearly communicating Company's value proposition, uncovering potential opportunities and ultimately securing business meetings for the Sales team.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Explain sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers based on call scripts, including handling objections effectively.
Secure meetings, event and subscription signups, and other actions from prospective and existing customers.
Maintain Company database (CRM/VRC) and lead generation activity records with accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong selling, customer service, communication, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fastpaced work environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Teamplayer attitude
Selfmotivated
Bilingual
French/English is a must
Possession of a vehicle, and a valid driver's license is a must

Education:

Postsecondary education, University/College degree/diploma within a related discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum 12 years related sales and industry experience
