Our custom department team members are an integral part of our team and facilitate a key step in the journey of bringing our clients' dreams to life.

The custom department is responsible for creating custom products such as but not limited to, Islands, range hoods, custom cabinetry and so much more This is a full-time position with 44 hours a week.

Wage commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided after the probationary period.


WHO WE ARE- With over 20 years' experience of cabinetry and millwork goods in Sout Western Ontario. We specialize in custom cabinetry and millwork for residential / commercial cabinetry, residential furniture, and home décor. We are a fast-growing team of over 20 individuals pursuing perfection. We follow our core values in all we do to ensure a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for all employees. We create high-end custom products to meet the unique needs of our customers. We are growing every year, and we would love to have you join our team of cabinetmakers on the exciting journey ahead.


WHAT YOU'LL DO - Operate modern woodworking machinery to produce accurate parts for final assembly - Complete final sanding and assembly of custom cabinetry and millwork - Install hardware handles, knobs, hinges, etc., as per specs provided from engineering - Help maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products - Collaborate with other team members to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently


WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Ability to read and discern blueprints - Ability to lift 50-75lbs - A strong understanding of woodworking tools - A keen attention to detail - A self-motivated desire to produce valuable work - An enthusiastic personality - A collaborative and creative nature - An attitude that is hardworking and eager to learn - A passion for the core values that our foundation to our company - A commitment to punctuality and dependability - 2+ years general wood working experience -BONUS: Previous experience with custom cabinet building
