Currently, Whitemud Ironworks has a dedicated team of 250+ employees. As we continue to expand in the industry and prepare for another busy year, we are looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team

About the Position
We are currently seeking experienced
Structural Site Superintendent with tremendous leadership skills to join our construction team in BC. This position may be required to work extended hours, weekend, and/or work away from home on a rotational basis.

This position will:

Develop and communicate project preconstruction plans
Identify and communicate project risks and mitigation plan
Identify budget controls
Develop project schedules and detailed execution plans
Monitor and mentor site foreman in the following areas: cost control, safe work planning, project planning, employee development and labor effciency.
Successful completion of Ironworker trade certification
Minimum 10 years experience with commercial steel erection projects
Minimum 5 years senior supervisory experience in the commercial steel erection industry
Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excek, Outlook and Adobe
Strong problemsolving, leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
