About the Position


We are looking for a Coordinator, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) to join the Talent Management team in our Montréal office.

Reporting to the Program Manager, D&I, the successful applicant will support the firm by assisting with the delivery of firm-wide and localized D&I-based programs and events, and liaise with Talent Management, Human Resources, Marketing and other departments and committees in the process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate programming and organize D&I events across the firm, including coordinating speakers and marketing efforts for events
  • Support the D&I Strategic Plan Implementation Team in rolling out and embedding best practices and initiatives across the firm
  • Prepare preliminary communication drafts to promote internal and external D&I programs and initiatives, including primary responsibility for French language content (in collaboration with the Marketing department)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to create social media content, where appropriate
  • Maintain dashboard of programming and firm metrics (with assistance, as required) in collaboration with D&I team members to identify relevant metrics and measurement tools
  • Serve as D&I point of contact for the Montréal office
  • Maintain the People Networks calendar and coordinate relevant meetings across offices
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Program Manager, D&I, as needed, for all People Networks, including facilitating meetings, assisting with annual proposals and supporting the execution of projects
  • Update D&I content and events on intranet on a regular basis
  • Provide D&I onboarding and training for the Montréal office
  • Maintain responsibility for all French language survey and data reporting, inclusive of client requests
  • Support Program Manager, D&I in the implementation and analysis of internal surveys
  • Work with Talent Management and Human Resources in the Montréal office on programs to further engage, attract, retain and develop a diverse talent pipeline
  • Support learning and development efforts on inclusive workplace practices and ensure linguistic diversity of suppliers
  • Identify D&I organizations in the Québec market, with a focus on building and strengthening partnerships
  • Maintain professional standards by continuously improving and updating technical and functional knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate university degree (preferred)
  • One year of experience in a professional services firm or other similar role
  • Relevant experience with an understanding of D&I best practices (preferred)
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Word and PowerPoint
