Job Description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure the coordination, organization, management and communication of the outsourcing contract while working with our vendors and internal stakeholders.

Drive and produce the SLA and KPI elements of the outsourcing contract to track efficiency.

Maintain operational governance for vendor resources including but not limited to time tracking, invoicing, and approval processes.

Vendor resource management including availability, prioritization, allocation and utilization.


Define and implement an auditable process that defines how both vendor and internal IT teams engage and manage systems changes and release cycles.

Coordinate critical escalations, provide feedback to the team, drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Drive the staff augmentation model towards maturity and transition into AMS engagement.

Execution of RFPs for new initiatives

Preferred Experience & Skills

Good understanding of ITSMITIL processes and methodologies.

Experience in using Service Now, Jira, SAP Solution manager and Confluence tools.

Experience working in a global environment.

Knowledge of ERP and cloudbased systems

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Project management and personal organization qualities.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
