Purpose:

As a member of the Digital and Innovation team, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, rotating through different teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Work with IT Support on monthly audit requirements, including contacting staff, reviewing/updating reports, updating audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with Intune rollout on desktops and cell phones, including communication to users, scheduling, and supporting staff during migration.
Act as a resource to collect and input hardware asset information, including enduser devices such as laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, and other related IT equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving ITrelated issues as needed.
Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Collaborating with IT support staff and project leads to ensure all ITrelated tasks are completed quickly and efficiently.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT field.

Skills & Qualifications/Program:

Currently in 2nd year or higher, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and hardware.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management platforms as asset, but not a requirement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with asset management systems is a plus.

This is a full-time student position with a minimum commitment of 16 weeks. The student will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in the IT field.
