    Your Mission

    Reporting to the Head of Corporate Accounting, you will provide accounting, analysis, and planning support to corporate departments and artistic services. In a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of autonomy, you will be expected to maintain a partnership-based relationship with these sectors and work closely with them and your colleagues in the Finance team.

    What You Will Be Recognized For

    • Ensuring the accurate accounting of costs for your assigned sectors;
    • Having a thorough understanding of the operations of the sectors under your responsibility and being the go-to person for them;
    • Actively participating in the month-end process and delivering all tasks related to your sectors within the specified deadlines;
    • Preparing monthly variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) for your sectors;
    • Completing quarterly forecasts and actively participating in the budgeting process, while working closely with the directors and senior directors of your sectors;
    • Manage corporate allocations between different lines of business;
    • Assist in the preparation of external audit and tax files, and answer questions;
    • Actively participate in the integration of new projects for your team;
    • Document your work procedures to promote interchangeability with your colleagues;
    • Ensure compliance with the company's accounting standards and administrative procedures;
    • Improve and ensure the necessary internal controls for all processes under your responsibility.

    Your Unique Expertise

    • A bachelor\'s degree in business administration (BBA) with a concentration in accounting or equivalent;
    • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within a large company;
    • A recognized accounting designation (an asset);
    • Excellent command of Excel;
    • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP; knowledge of Longview an asset;
    • Knowledge of US GAAP, an asset; Good command of English and French, both spoken and written.
