Job summary
We are looking for a Mental Health and Substance Use Nurse to join our team at Vancouver Coastal Health. As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will work across various inpatient mental health and substance use units, providing individualized direct nursing care to clients with severe and persistent mental illness.Responsibilities
- Provide individualized direct nursing care to clients with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Discharge planning and case coordination services to clients.
- Clinical practice and client-centred rehabilitation program.
