Production Assistant

As a Part-time Production Assistant for Say When you will be part of a critical team that reports to the Director of Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain production procedures
Maintaining a clean work environment
Maintain work instructions to ensure product quality

Your duties will include:
- stacking pallets
- loading cartons onto pallets
- wrapping pallets
- operating a pallet jack
- sanitation as required
- assisting in other canning related jobs as required

To be considered for this position you should be a self-starter that likes working on his or her own. This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting multiple bags of ingredients that weigh up to 25kgs.

You must be responsible and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work with equipment and tools.

You are creative and enjoy the challenge of finding the most efficient way to get your work done. You have a passion for cleanliness and are well organized. You take pride in your work and are passionate about food.

Written and oral fluency in English are a must. Work experience in a production environment would be an asset however job training will be provided. Proficiency in computer skills is required.

Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary:
$30.00 per hour
