Position:
CSR/Billing Specialist I**
Location:Langley, BC V1M 3Y5

Pay:
$ $25.00 / Hour | DOE

Shift:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accuracy with invoicing.
Respond & communicate to inquiries & billing issues.
Administrative duties: data entry, sort and distribute daily mail, filing, maintenance of filing systems, and assistance with file archiving.
Utilize TruckMate to enter freight bills, research orders, set up for new customers, schedule and enter delivery appointments for freight, and note appointment time/date on delivery receipts.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interaction.
Present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
Work under the close direction of senior personnel.
Provide support for dispatch and other department/team members as needed.

EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, AND QUALITIES PREFERRED:

High school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of related work experience.
Strong attention to detail, accurate and prompt communication, dependable and deadline driven.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Basic knowledge related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and basic math knowledge.
Beginnerintermediate proficiency in TruckMate a plus.
