You may have seen the results of our software's contributions in productions like the Olympics Opening/Closing Ceremonies, the Super Bowl halftime shows, Eurovision Song Contests, Dancing with the Stars, various Cirque du Soleil and Disney shows, in concerts such as U2, Muse, Goo Goo Dolls, The Chainsmokers and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, or even for the architectural lighting of Buckingham Palace for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012 and in our own city for the Bloor Viaduct (for the Toronto 2015 PanAm games), just to name a few.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients on behalf of the Company.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

This position uses sales expertise and in-depth knowledge of CAST's products and services to pitch and successfully close sales, online, over the phone or in person.

In this role you are a key point of contact, maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring future sales and overall customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES::Sales**:


  • Identify new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with and build positive business and customer relationships.
  • Presents solid arguments to customers to promote products and services.
  • Performs needs analysis of existing and potential customers to make sure their needs are being met.
  • Achieves sales targets within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the rest of the sales department.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Negotiate sales terms.
  • Deliver quality presentations with skill and confidence.
  • Contribute to marketing communications strategies.

Account Management:


  • Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Act as a product champion representing and showcasing CAST at events globally, online and in person.
  • Accelerates the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
  • Collaborates with sales department to fulfill client needs and reach prospective clients.
  • Supplies management with reports on customer behavior, including needs, interests and problems.
  • Services multiple clients concurrently, while meeting deadlines.
  • Tracks client account metrics.
  • Keeps records of client transactions.
  • Focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Resolves complaints.
  • Prevents additional issues by improving processes.
Continually learn and expand your knowledge in areas that you are passionate about to improve the level of support you deliver:

  • Maintains updated, in-depth knowledge of Company product.
  • Maintain cognizance of competitive activities and general trends that could affect sales of products.
  • Inform management if there is potential for new products and services based on customer behavior.
  • Actively participates in and delivery of training.
  • Acts as client advocate.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, from time to time, the post holder may be required to perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager or similar salesfocused position.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Commercial experience working on or installing, operating, and maintaining either touring productions or permanent installations in one or more of the following industries: Touring Music, Theater Production, Film/Movie Shoots.
  • Experience of budget management and effective use of resources.
  • Experience in a client facing role delivering exceptional customer experiences.
