Body Shop Technician

Work Schedule: 5 days a week on a two week rotation

Hours of work:
Early shift, 7:00 am

3:30 pm and Late shift, 9:30 am
6:00 pm

A Typical Day for the Body Shop Technician:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair body damages to fiberglass and suspension components on OEM class 6,7,8 vehicles, trailers, and RVs
Replace damaged structures, body parts, interior and exterior finishes
Make warranty decisions as necessary
Ensure professional quality detail and craftsmanship
Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the department

What You Bring:

Take pride in your work and craftsmanship
Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal)
RV experience an asset
Light mechanical and suspension experience an asset
Selfstarter able to work in a fastpaced, detailed, and processdriven environment
Follow safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift
Must have own tools (required tool list will be provided)
Class 5 driver's license
