Description

The Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel offers an upscale experience for many valued guests, and provides an equally thrilling experience to grow a career With 32,000 square feet of meeting and convention space and 390 premium guest rooms, our Associates are front and center of the hotel; driving all aspects of the business

Responsibilities:

Delivers warm and connected guest service
Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to solve problems and followups with the guest
Answers all guest calls within three rings
Takes In-Room Dining orders
Assists guests with questions regarding the hotel and local area
Ensures all security procedures are followed when transferring calls
Ensures all wakeup calls are entered accurately
Enters all guest and maintenance requests into Marriott Global System
Performs other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

Is available to work a variety of shifts including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings:

Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
Has previous customer service experience
Takes initiative to find creative ways to respond to guest requests
Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
Gets excited by an energetic, fastpaced environment
Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
Is able to multitask with excellent organizational skills
Is excited to belong to a team of caring, warm, energetic Team Members
