What we're looking for:

REBL HOUSE is looking for a _Production Coordinator in Montreal, Québec_.

This is an intensive position that will provide you with an opportunity to gain exposure and get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing creative agency.

In the role of Production Coordinator you will be expected to;

  • Manage various work streams as it relates to the preproduction team
  • Resolve any immediate issues related to projects, i.e. permits, insurance, release forms
  • Manage and track against deliverables
  • Manage and track resources involved in assigned projects
  • Schedule necessary projectrelated meetings such as kickoff, brainstorms, and reviews
  • Support preproduction team in project specific related tasks i.e. scouting, location research, booking of talent
  • Support in general errands and office related tasks
  • Develop and maintain organizational procedures and systems for REBL, including filing and billing
  • Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problemsolving efforts
  • Prepare shipping paperwork
  • Maintain Company files
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Manage supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate office and/or departmental operations
  • Answer phones and greet and direct visitors appropriately
  • Support on REBL Social Media Platforms

Production Coordinator skills;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
  • Effective Time management skills
  • Likes to take initiative
You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.


Language:

French and English (required)
