    We are seeking to add an experienced engineer to our team with industry experience in surfacing of automotive plastic injection molds.

    We are looking for a Senior Mold Surfacer with the following experience to join our team:

    • Comfortable working in a 3D solids modeling environment
    • A thorough knowledge of mold components and their function
    • Confidently generate part feasibility studies
    • The ability to create clear and concise concession documentation for internal as well as customer review
    • The skill to effectively communicate complicated mechanisms and concepts verbally and in writing
    • The ability to review, understand and implement customer standards into your project
    • Easily communicate with team members regarding: project status, timing, problems and proposed resolutions
    • Experience in Powerpoint, Excel and Word advantageous

    Requirements:

    • Great Attitude
    • Good attendance and punctuality
    • Willing to impart and grow knowledge
    • Teamplayer
    • Willingness to work overtime
    • Adherence to organizational policies and procedures
    • Eligible to work in Canada
    • Minimum 5-7 years mold design / surfacing experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience using Cimatron
