As an Associate in the Technology Graduate Rotational Program (TGRP), you will be part of a full-time, fast-paced 18-month rotation program within Technology.

You'll have the opportunity to move through three 6-month rotations that will offer you the chance to hone your technical, communication and interpersonal skills while developing your knowledge of CIBC's dynamic Technology line of businesses.

As a TGRP Associate, you will join CIBC with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience through your rotations which will be in one of the following lines of business:

  • Personal and Business Banking Technology
  • Corporate Centre Technology
  • Capital Markets, International, Commercial & Wealth Management Technology
  • Technology Operations
  • Enterprise Security & Risk Services
  • Details on your work arrangement (proportion of onsite and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview._
How you'll succeed- Test Analysis: Develop and execute test plans for functional system integration and acceptance testing- Project Management: Ensure project control procedures and policies within a number of unrelated large projects are executed- Continuous Improvement: Designing and implementing improvements to internal processes making it easier for teams to do their work- Reporting, Analytics and Research: Analyzing business opportunities and presenting recommendations to address through analysis, reporting and research
