National Sales Manager - Full Time - St-Albert, ON :

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the National Sales Manager is responsible for supervising the company's large-scale sales operations and teams.

He/She may manage multiple sales managers or teams and set targets to measure firm performance. National sales managers build lasting relationships with key clients, providing long-term profitability for the St-Albert Cheese Coop.


YOUR CHALLENGES:


  • Meet with regional and national distributors to establish relationships and execute the current business plan.
  • Identify opportunities with independent restaurant chains (groups of 550 restaurants) in our region and also delivered by our AAA partners (Sysco, GFS, UNFI, Tree of life, Finica).
  • Be the point of contact for other departments, such as logistics, to ensure the smooth running of wholesale sales.
  • Take care of annual price increases and also ensure that promotions granted to customers are in line with the parameters put in place with the Director of Business Development.
  • Participate in all fairs, in French as well as in English.
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales reports and timely delivery of KPIs.
  • Split your time 50/50 on the road and in the office. As for the road, it's 75/25 Ontario VS Quebec.

WHAT YOU HAVE:


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, business administration or equivalent.
  • Be perfectly bilingual, speaking English fluently as well as French. Speaking a third language is an asset
  • Have experience in personnel management.
  • Have experience in the restaurant field.
  • Have experience in retail sales (asset).
  • Have experience in the food field, ideally in a dairy environment, but at least have worked for a food product manufacturer or for one of the AAA level distributors (Sysco, GFS, UNFI, Tree of life, Finica).
  • Enjoy coaching and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, an intermediate level in Excel and experience in document design (an asset).

Schedule:
Days, must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
