Job summary
The Regional Property Management Supervisor provides leadership on all property management issues, policies, procedures and plans for Edmonton, Grande Prairie and supports other cities as required.In close collaboration with TMS Housing Manager within these cities, they administer all functions related to tenancy for TMS housing locations for supportive housing and affordable housing.
The supervisor is responsible for leases, rent collection, landlord and tenant relations,
