Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Understanding of sales channels and customers in industrial and utility products
Strong background knowledge in logistics
Strong customer service skills in a B2B space
100% fluency in English with strong oral and written skills
Experience working with NetSuite is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders using an ERP
Evaluate credit worthiness of customers
Invoice customers and perform filing work
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, working with a Transport Management System (TMS)
Aide in the project management process arranging kick off meetings, regular checkins, and stakeholder follow ups
