1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

Hiring Immediately for our Aug 4TH
Full-Time. Work 4 days on & 3 days off every week
Availability to work shifts anytime between Monday-Sunday 6:30pm5am PST

A Day in the Life:

Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our customers
You receive inbound calls only there are no outbound cold calls in this role
Sell the magic of 1800GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
Customers call in for various reasons such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to go take away their items.
Convert Inbound calls and answer the calls when our Australian customers dial 1800GOT-JUNK?
All new agents must be available to start on Aug 4th
You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow

What You Bring to the Table:

Availability to start on Aug 4th
Following training, availability to work Monday-Sunday 6:30pm5am PST
A very friendly telephone mannerism and strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
