The varied and complex tasks will allow you to quickly become a privileged guide in all your clientele's financial projects.


Your Job:


  • Develop a client portfolio
  • Meet business development objectives by offering solutions tailored to your clients' full range of needs
  • Identify business opportunities in your market for all products and services offered by the Bank
  • Participate in visibility activities in your market
  • Carry out financial analyses and develop financing scenario
  • Negotiate product terms and conditions with clients, making sure that they meet the expected profitability criteria
  • Ensure that service quality standards are applied and that compliance and risk management rules are followed

Your Team:

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will work daily with a team of experts.

During your training, you'll learn the main disciplines of an Account Manager through coaching, mentoring, and internships in different sectors, especially on our Operations, Risk Management, Advice and services call centre teams, and various business centres in the Commercial Banking sector.


This 6 months intensive program will allow you to expand your knowledge, acquire first-hand experience and learn more about the Commercial Banking sector's products and services.

At the end of the training program, you will be offered a permanent position as an SME Account Manager.


Prerequisites:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a financerelated field
  • Several years of experience in the financial services industry and in business development
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and want a career in Commercial Banking
  • Interpersonal skills and ease in building business relationships
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and financial statement analysis
