Job Overview:

Blackstone Homes Ltd. seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal apartment home and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of property management and sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of available units
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with lease agreements
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive rental rates and trends
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction and retention
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining lease files

Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective residents
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Ability to negotiate lease terms and effectively close leasing deals
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

Salary:
$52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
