Summary:

This position will include delivering vehicles to our customers.

This position will also have the opportunity to learn different aspects of automotive repairs such as body repair, wheel repair, exterior car detailing, paint prepper/masking tech work, if desired.

Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (Saturdays if desired)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to Company safety rules and policies

Safely drive and operate vehicle at all times while obeying all traffic laws:

• Inspect and monitor vehicle
• Use hand held device for photographs, login/logout vehicles and customer information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the areas while
  adhering to a time schedule:
• 
  Must be comfortable moving vehicles and working in inclement weather (i.e. wind, rain, snow, heat, etc.)
• Help with the Car Detailing department, as needed
• Requires the use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to: mask, gloves, face shield/goggles, nonslip shoes and/or other protective garments/equipment as needed
• May be required to work overtime as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Royal Synergies management

Qualifications:

Valid and Clean Ontario Driver's Licence:

• 
  Must be 18 years of age or older:

Must be able to drive an automatic and stick shift:

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Experience in delivery driving, customer service or other related fields is preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a labor or construction role preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic,
  reliable, and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

As a Car Runner, you will be responsible for performing various general labor tasks to support the operations of our company.

You will assist with delivering vehicles, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work area.

We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and can work effectively as part of a team.

This is a moderately physically demanding job, that may require lifting heavy objects and performing repetitive tasks. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
