Under leadership direction, you will work on the truck-based team, providing routine, periodic service, and inspections on Mechanical HVAC equipment at customer sites.
Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial and light industrial HVAC systemsPerform Cooling Tower and Condenser Maintenance (coils, evaporators, and tubes)
Perform general housekeeping tasks as required by customer contract.
Operate mechanical equipment if deemed necessary by customer contract.
Operate maintenance tasks using basic hand tools as needed.
Perform Indoor Air Quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.
Transport rigging equipment to and from sites as needed.Assist other HVAC Journeymen and Apprentices as needed.
First or second-year apprentice
Familiarity with HVAC equipment and hand tools.
Refrigeration certification.
Industrial Site Experience preferred.
This position requires a current clean driver's license/abstract.
