    We're expanding our team We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and organized individual to proudly represent our software company as an​ Account Success Associate.

    The pay range for the one-year contract position is $70-$80k with the opportunity to roll into a full-time employee ranging from $80-90k.

    Wage: $35-40/hour

    Location: Toronto, Ontario

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to the following:

    • Handle incoming calls and emails from existing customers or interested leads
    • Work with onboarding customers from start to finish
    • Data entry using Excel and our website
    • Collating and sorting of papers and envelopes
    • Prepare parcels and arrange for shipping
    • Effectively facilitate training sessions for customers in group settings, typically up to 15 people
    • Handle customer inquiries with care and respect to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within acceptable time frames
    • Follow up to ensure resolution to customer inquiries
    • Maintain and file records of customer interactions, inquiries and outcomes by regularly updating the customer relationship manager tool (CRM)
    • Identify service and product improvements by remaining current on industry trends and market activities
    • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
    • Attend our booth at industry-related events in North America
    • May be required to come into the office once a week

    Qualifications:

    • ​10+ Years of Property Management Experience within large commercial or industrial properties​
    • Strong communication and active listening skills
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to prioritize, meet project deadlines and manage time efficiently
    • Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated signs of initiative
    • A high degree of organization and preparedness
    • Familiarity using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, smartphones
    • Ability to clearly communicate, in writing and verbally, with all project stakeholders
    • Valid Ontario G-class driver's license and suitable vehicle
    • Suitable space, furniture, and conditions to work from home with minimal distraction
    • Criminal and Citizen check may be required for some customers
