Responsibilities

Package 1: Group Case marking: 22 minutes per student * 25 groups = 10 hours (Case Test on April 14)Package 2: Midterm marking: 20 minutes per student * 84 students = 28 hours (Midterm on May 16)Package 3: Final Exam marking: 20 minutes per student * 80 students = 27 hours (Final Exam on June 11)Total hours for the assignment will be based on the different packages awarded to the recipients.

Qualifications

Enrolled in: 4th year of Ryerson Undergraduate Program.
Overall academic performance at B+ (3.3 GPA) or above.
Must have completed course with B+ (3.3 GPA) or above grade level.
Previous evaluation of performance as an Assistant at the University (if applicable).

Relevant Experience:

A cumulative GPA from any university or college which represents a B average or higher. A CPA designation is a significant asset. Considerable experience with the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) designation, including sufficient experience in assessing management accounting cases and technical management accounting problems, would also be an asset as would any experience marking the Common Final Exam for CPA Canada. NOTE: for the Group Case Package, you will be expected to show a high level of knowledge of using Power BI or Tableau and data analytics and visualization. Salary & Compensation

Effective January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
TA I and TA II - $36.39 per hour
Master - $47.06 per hour
PhD - $50.82 per hour
