    Job Description

    • Support project management onboarding activities for Visa Campaign Services and other digital initiatives for Visa client institutions and processors to ensure client and internal expectations are exceeded.
    • Operate as the Project Lead for various internal and external initiatives, focused on Standard to Moderate project complexity.
    • Coordinate directly with internal resources to understand set up requirements and facilitate new campaigns with a high degree of excellence.
    • Coordinate directly with clients to understand and execute campaign and digital service solutions without customer impact.
    • Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
    • Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs in compliance with Visa Global Implementation Policy standards.
    • Report client project accomplishments, challenges and deliverables to management weekly.
    • Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors and internal stakeholders.
    • Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.
    • Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
    • Responsible for working with internal resources on resolving issues through internal ticket-tracking system.
    • Update and enhance internal support documents to assist internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.
    • Must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines for assigned work.
    • Must be able to work independently, with team members.
    • Embody the Visa Leadership Principles.

    This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3+ years of work experience in a related occupation with a Bachelor's degree

    Visa is looking to fill vacant position Implementation Analyst. The anticipated compensation range for this position is 84,780 CAD to 133,650 CAD per year, which includes sales incentive payments/annual bonus. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation and Wellness Programs. Visa may use artificial intelligence when assessing and selecting candidates.
