- Install, balance, and rotate passenger and light truck tires and wheels
- Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
- Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

- A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
- Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is required
- This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
- This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling
- We would like to find an experienced tire professional, however we are willing to train the right candidate
- A valid driver's license is a must . We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
