Responsibilities
- Greet visitors following appropriate security sign-in, and visitor badge processing
- Promptly and efficiently respond to all in person, telephone and email inquiries. Redirect to appropriate team members
- Maintain all common spaces and communal kitchen facilities in an orderly state throughout the day (preparing coffee, replenishing supplies, loading/unloading dishwasher etc.)
