Social Media & Community Coordinator

As a Social Media & Community Coordinator, you'll be the voice of Renaissance to our passionate and growing community of hyper-engaged music fans.

We're looking for someone who loves engaging with fans, identifying trends on social media, and isn't afraid to take the reins and continue to grow Renaissance's following and community.

You'll manage relationships with fan groups, be active across our social channels, test and iterate new trends,and be the voice of the product to the community, and the community is active

Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok) by actively posting, engaging with existing followers, and replying to DMs
Build and foster relationships with fan clubs to copromote Renaissance, get feedback on new features, and drive users to the app
Identify trends across our social channels and report them back to the team. This can be positive trends (streaming party requests, feature feedback) or negative trends (bugs, issues)
Create and manage a community platform where Renaissance fans can communicate with each other, report bugs, submit feature requests, and give feedback
Create video content for TikTok, IG Reels, and other platforms effectively being "the face" of Renaissance
College or University Graduate
Proactive personality, and a desire to deliver your best work
Comfortable creating video content for TikTok
Willingness to learn and create actionable insights from feedback given by our team
A love for building communities & music
Experience using Social Media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc)
An understanding of trends amongst Gen-Z
The ability to execute on clearly articulated requirements
Confidence in their skills to solve novel problems
