**: The Le Dufferin residence located in Valleyfield is currently looking for a Beneficiary Attendant, empathetic and concerned about the well-being of residents.

The attendant sees to the comfort, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.

Permanent full-time position, day, evening or night, 40 hours per week and every other weekend.

HIRING BONUS OF $1000 (spread over 3 payments, $300 after 3 months, $300 after 6 months and $400 after 9 months)

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents

Health Care:

Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity.
Proactively assist and support the residents
Respond to all emergency situations
