Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors

Experience:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus
This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills. Experience working in an administrative capacity is preferred.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to $28.95 per hour


Expected hours:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
