The Role:
We seek a dedicated Dietitian to lead our patient nutrition care team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing the nutritional needs of patients through assessments and developing personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized nutritional needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that cater to diverse patient requirements.

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who: has a strong background in Nutrition Science with experience in dietetics or clinical settings. As a skilled communicator, you must be able to effectively educate interns on dietary practices while maintaining professionalism at all times. To excel in this role, possession of both a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition as well as completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship program are required Qualifications include registration with both Dietitians Canada and Saskatchewan College of Dietiticians.
