Description
Responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives to deliver targeted sales results in their assigned regions

  • Lead and coach Sales Representatives
  • Responsible for creating and leading the execution of regional business plans
  • Develops a resultsoriented sales team who influence healthcare professionals
  • Effectively manages performance in a timely and compliant manner
  • Prepares and reviews regular sales reports reflecting regional activities
  • Provide feedback and a clear vision for the Sales Reps
  • Ensure maximum sales coverage with resources available to achieve peak performance
  • Recruit, interview and hire talented Sales Reps
Skills and Experience

  • University Degree or Diploma in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years successful Medical device / healthcare sales experience
  • 2 years previous work experience having direct reports and managing teams
  • Excellent oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and staff
  • Medical device or distribution of medical related products is a must

Salary:
$160,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
