Lumenus Autism offers ABA-based behavioural services that are designed to address the unique needs of our children aged 2-11 years. We are a one stop-shop for families looking to access caring, coordinated & convenient autism services at our beautiful Hartsdale and McNicoll locations in Toronto. Enrollment for our core clinical services fall and winter 2023 programs are currently open. We are looking for client services coordinators who excel in client acquisition, marketing & sales, negotiations on sales terms, and client intake assessments. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the client services coordinators play a key role in meeting our weekly and monthly sales targets for the Core Clinical Services stream of Autism Services at Lumenus. This business-oriented role will be responsible for the coordination of marketing, intake, operations, and customer relationship management. We are looking for the right individual to embrace entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking and excels in a collaborative team culture. Lumenus Autism is a lively, fast-paced and full of action. We pride of ourselves of bringing the best out of everyone as we create new programs & services catered to our clients. The position will be based (in-person) at both 65 Hartsdale Drive and 155 McNicoll Avenue in Toronto.

A client services coordinator interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process.

They will be responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

Being successful in this role requires a mix of both building and maintaining customer relationships and consistently seeking new ways to reach a broader audience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Targets

  • Assisting customers as they shop for new products or services within core clinical services
  • Making product and service suggestions and articulate value proposition of our services according to the wants and needs of customers
  • Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Using strong research skills, deep product/service, and sector knowledge to answer any questions about core clinical service offerings
  • Preparing and submitting weekly sales or customers in the pipeline to management
  • Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
  • Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
  • Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers, influencers and partners
  • Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
  • Datadriven Marketing
  • Ability to engage clients on social media platforms, and converting clients to register from multiple marketing channels
  • Ability to develop marketing flyers, brochures, and editing video clips for marketing and sales operations
  • Ability to travel to conduct outreach activities
  • Familiarity with an office environment, CANVA/ video editing software
  • Assist with competitive analysis and pricing strategy development by identifying trends and assessing opportunities to improve processes and execution
  • Customer Service
  • Coordinates in intake and client registrations, communication with clients and clinical team, and developing optimized service plans
  • Coordinates in tracking, reporting, documenting client related data entry, service contracts, dashboards, policies, procedures and systems
  • Conduct intake assessments and create service plans
  • Participate in the analysis of data and compiling of reports as required
  • Liaising with clinical teams to ensure program offerings are updated

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or business
  • Some clinical or healthcare knowledge, understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder will be an asset
  • Some marketing and sales experience preferred; a background in customer service or sales would be an asset
  • Experience in target or sales quotabased role in the past
