Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management ("CC&L"), an affiliate of the Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, is looking for an

Associate to join our Client Solutions Team. CC&L manages in excess of $54 billion for a variety of client types from institutional pension plans to retail mutual funds across a number of investment strategies including quantitative and fundamental equity, fixed income, and balanced fund mandates.


We are an award-winning client service team, responsible for managing all aspects of CC&L's interactions with our institutional client base.

The Client Solutions team is responsible for developing relationships with our clients where the creation of trust and confidence generates significant value to our organization.

This opening represents a unique opportunity be part of a team that is responsible for overseeing the processes and operational aspects of our firm's client servicing function.

Our team is headquartered and deeply rooted in West Coast Vancouver.

What You Will Do
You will have exposure to the firm's key decision-makers and have a broad range of responsibilities related to our operational processes:

  • Overseeing the client reporting process
  • Managing and reviewing responses to client questionnaires
  • Gatekeeping nondisclosure agreements and developing process improvements related to our data policy
  • Coordinating and managing strategic planning discussions in preparation for external meetings and client materials
  • Coordinating the preparation of client/sales presentations
  • Scheduling external publications
  • Involvement in teamspecific and firmwide projects
  • Managing timelines and seeing tasks through to completion
  • Partnering with Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group's operational teams to improve processes and communications

Industry Knowledge: - 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company is an asset.
