Talent Acquisition Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist and support the Talent Acquisition team with all relevant recruitment activities and projects
  • Provide guidance and consultation to managers on recruitment processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for coop positions
  • Coordinate and schedule new hire onboarding and guide employees through completion of onboarding tasks
  • Track recruitment related metrics
  • Brainstorm with the TA team to provide recommendations for continuous improvements on recruitment practices
  • Supporting Human Resources Operations team as needed
  • Other duties as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or other relevant education
  • One to three years applicable work experience, including office administration and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a client service focus
  • Ability to embrace an everchanging environment with openness and positive attitude
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Working toward CHRL designation is an asset
