GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements:

University degree in Business Management or related qualification such as project management or construction management.
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment including production planning, inventory control, supply chain, quality and continuous improvement. Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management and human resource management.
Working knowledge of procurement and contracts.
Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
Welldeveloped communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills.
Solid computer and systems knowledge.
