SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Reporting to the Partner of Technical Services & Building Operations the Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial and condominium asset projects from inception to completion.
The Project Manager will also work closely with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of real estate development and improvement projects.
The Project Managers expertise in project management, real estate, and construction will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, profitable projects while meeting the needs of our clients and as well as the Ownership Groups expectations.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Create project strategies that align with the company's objectives and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Identify costsaving opportunities and efficient resource allocation.
Contractor and Vendor Management:
- Select, hire, and manage contractors, consultants, and other projectrelated vendors.
- Ensure that contractors adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines set out by the projects team and their consultants.
Construction Oversight:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and permits as required.
Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to deliver highquality assets.
- Conduct inspections to verify work quality and adherence to standards.
Timeline Management:
- Monitor project timelines and milestones.
- Adjust schedules as needed to ensure ontime project completion.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reports.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for the ownership group on a regularongoing basis.
Post-Project Evaluation:
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- Use feedback to enhance future projects.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- PMP or CAPM preferred or working towards PMP
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fastpaced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with projects in commercial realestate and MURB will be preferred
- Familiarity with requirements management and documentation processes
- Proficient in IT project management practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum is a plus
- Excellent budgeting skills and ability to manage project finances effectively
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

$85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
