Description
CASL Surface Technologies is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add to our growing team


Daily tasks include handling incoming work orders, entering accurate data, closing and invoicing completed work orders, vendor interaction and management, and working with the customer service team to facilitate and troubleshoot expedite and special requests.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be regularly challenged to support customer needs by working efficiently and effectively with the CASL Customer Service Team.


Who you'll work with:

You will work with and liaise with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Payroll, and Finance departments daily. In this position, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Prior experience in Administration and/or Customer Service and comfortable communicating to internal and external parties
  • Technical training/postsecondary courses are considered beneficial, but are not required
  • Experience in mining, oil & gas, and similar industries are considered beneficial, but are not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams)
