Description

We are growing rapidly and currently seeking to add Administrative Assistants in our office to support the team of leaders.


Serve as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders; Schedule meetings and manage multiple calendars; Take notes and meeting minutes; Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events involving members, including designing and sending invitations, maintaining lists, etc.

Coordinate and prepare background and briefing materials; Prepare and revise presentations, memorandums, talking points, correspondence and other documents.


About Your Qualifications:
Exceptional time management, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain and prioritize deadlines Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, is essential Comfortable with fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
